This Privacy Policy explains how Unified API Inc. (“UnifiedModels”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the UnifiedModels website, web application, API and MCP server (together, the “Service”).
When you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google, GitHub or Microsoft) we receive your name, email address, profile picture and the provider's user identifier. We do not receive or store your password for those providers.
The projects, models, fields, enums, constants and imported schemas you create or upload, and the code we generate from them. We also record which collaborators you invite to a project.
If you connect a GitHub account to push generated code, we store the access token GitHub issues to us and the repository and branch you select. If you connect an AI assistant through our MCP server, we store the OAuth tokens issued to that client.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive your billing status and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits; we never see or store full card numbers.
Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, API and MCP requests, timestamps and error reports, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we keep the contents of your message and your reply address.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your projects to train machine learning models.
When you connect an AI assistant to our MCP server, that assistant can read and change your projects with the same permissions as your account. Data the assistant retrieves from UnifiedModels is then handled by that assistant's provider under its own privacy policy. You can revoke an assistant's access at any time by disconnecting it in the assistant or by contacting us.
We share information only:
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Some embedded third-party content, such as our contact form, may set its own cookies.
We keep your account and project data while your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we delete the associated data from active systems within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access tokens for connected services are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. You can edit or delete most content directly in the app. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
We are based in, and process data in, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
